Tim Wade was asked by the Director of HR and Talent to assist her team to design and execute an internal transformation of corporate values. This was a CEO-led change program to transform the culture across Courts stores in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

The change program saw Tim and his video production and creative team involved across employee engagement, HR documentation,  graphic design, video production, training delivery and rollout across three countries.
